Question: Will it burn my hair?
Answer: Absolutely not! As long as you follow the instructions, the curler should never burn your hair or hands.

Question: How much hair should be placed into the device for each curl?
Answer: Please comb your hair before curling to remove any knots, and place no more than 1/2"-1" of hair into the curler.

Question: What to do if I put too much hair in and now the curler won't spin?
Answer: Let go of the start button, and gently pull the device back

Question: Can it be used on different types of hair?
Answer: Yes! Our product is designed to be used on all hair types and all hair length.

My daughters love it, now they each want there own. So I guess I will be purchasing more. This is something you can keep in your purse, love how it is cordless. And to charge it, it is so easy and convenient . I am able to use my phone to charge it if there are no outlets.

This company is not a SCAM. Read lots of people's comments on FB saying these products are a scam and they don't work etc so I was very worried. To my surprise, the curling iron came exactly as described and works well. My only critique is the amount of hair that can be curled at the same time. It only takes about an inch of hair at a time, so you can't do huge curls, but smaller curls lasts longer for me so it's not a problem.

Me and my daughter in the picture use this curler when we wanna look extra for the day ;) This is the most satisfying curler I have ever used . I LOVEEEEE it so far, but my hair will only hold if I put product in it first. I'll try again tomorrow to see how it does with wet/semi wet hair. Easy to use and overall a really helpful curler for the clueless. * Note* my hair is bone straight so for those of you out there, don't get frustrated if it doesn't work....make sure the heat is on, do smaller pieces, and add product (mousse, hairspray, etc). I can't wait to use it tomorrow!!

This is amazingggggg! Our daughter just cut 8 inches off her hair and is 11 years old. She can use this easily without burning herself, even in the hottest setting of 390 Fahrenheit! We are thrilled with it. It is very easy to use and comes with a charging cord! How amazing is that!? What a brilliant idea!
